They can reduce overwhelm, anxiety, and stress, support burnout prevention and recovery, and enhance awareness, mental and emotional clarity and well-being, leading to feeling grounded. Intentional practice also helps communication and relationships with others, but more importantly, it elevates your relationship with yourself.

  • Counselling

    Accepting new clients from 2026

    If you need counselling support now, contact your GP for a referral to a counsellor local to you, or request a Mental Health Care Plan and referral to see a psychologist.

    When engaging with a counsellor, it is important to verify that the counsellor is accredited with the Australian Counselling Association (ACA),or the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia (PACFA).
